Refunds:

Any purchased donor specimens that have been placed in storage at CAN-AM Cryo Services Corp. and have never left CAN-AM Cryo Services Corp. can be released to the cryobank or destroyed as per written instructions from the purchaser.  The purchaser has the option to release the doses for a return of one-half of the original purchase price of each unit or have the units destroyed for no refund.  Specimens that have left CAN-AM Cryo Services may not be returned for refund or credit; these specimens may be returned for storage only.

Cancellation:

Cancellation of an order for Specimens prior to shipment will result in a  $30.00 processing fee.   Once the specimen(s) have been shipped, under no circumstances will a refund or credit be issued to patients/clients. The specimens may be returned for storage only.
