Once you have searched the Donor Catalogue, reviewed additional Donor Information to help you make your selection, checked out our current promotions, and confirmed availability of your specimen, you will be ready to place your order.

Placing Your Order

If you are placing the order yourself, please confirm with your doctor how many vials of Donor sperm will be needed and what date your specimen will need to be there.

Order Shipment

Payment is made at the time of shipment. CAN-AM accepts MasterCard, Visa and Money Orders. Click here to view our Fee Guide.

Donor Specimens are shipped Priority Overnight with FedEx using a dry nitrogen shipping container. This container ensures that your specimens perfectly preserved until delivery. We routinely test the integrity of our shipping containers to ensure the safe transport of your specimens.

Returned Specimens

If your cycle is skipped, you may request temporary storage of your Donor specimens at CAN-AM for one month at no charge.

Donor Reservations

Some Clients wish to reserve extra vials for themselves to ensure the availability of their Donor during treatment, or for future use in sibling pregnancies.

For Donor vial reservations, CAN-AM offers affordable long-term storage, for 1-year, 2-year or up to 5-year terms. Click here to view our Storage Options.

Donor sperm is classified as a prescription drug by Health Canada.

Because of this, it may only be used under a doctor’s supervision.
