CAN-AM works closely with our suppliers to ensure that the donor sperm we distribute meets the exacting requirements of Health Canada, as well as industry standards. We distribute donor sperm of the highest quality available in Canada.

Requesting Additional Donor Information
You may request Donor Profiles, Photos and other material through Xytex, Fairfax Cryobank or CLI’s websites to help you make your Donor selection.
Additionally, access to updated Fairfax and CLI donor medical information is available by contacting CAN-AM by phone or at info@canamcryo.com.

2. After selecting your Donor, please contact us to confirm he will be available for your treatment. Donor availability can change from day to day and we want to make sure that your selection is ready when you need it.
3. Once you have confirmed availability, please visit our Forms page to complete the Order Form and any necessary Consents.
